Production Process

The production process for lyophilized powders is primarily vacuum freeze-drying (referred to as lyophilization). Vacuum freeze-drying is used to maximize the activity and stability of the active ingredients. We usually use this form to preserve biologically active ingredients, such as peptides, oligopeptides, collagen and so on.
The equipment required for freeze-dried powder production line mainly includes: freeze-drying equipment, bottle washing and drying sterilization, aluminum cap cleaning and sterilization, dispensing and semi-filling sealing, and screw cap packaging machine.
